Open Question: What school could i get into with a 1.9 CGPA?

I don't want to go to a community college. I want that to be last resort. I am currently a senior at my school. If I'm lucky I can get my GPA up to maybe a 2.0. I haven't taken my SAT yet but probably get about 1500. Not that I'm dumb, I just never applied myself and had many personal issues occurring in my life up until now. I had been on my own since my sophomore year when I got evicted and had to survive on my own which was very difficult for me. So I'm looking to straighten out my life.
