Open Question: Sex education - Westcoast vs Midwest vs South vs Eastcoast?

I grew up in the Westcoast (Lived in all three coastal states of Oregon, Washington, and California) and when I was receiving sex education in elementary and throughout middle-/high school, I was taught that sex before marriage and with multiple partners (separately or simultaneously) are perfectly ok as long as you wear condom and are aware of the consequences of STD. I wonder if Sex Ed in other parts of the U.S teach the same thing. For example, were you ever taught that sex before marriage was condemned upon? Or that sex with multiple partners was "immoral"?
